We've been BUZZed to find a  Venue Manager to become the face of the business, the heart and soul of the staff and create a culture where hospitality is seen as much more than a job - a profession to be proud of. Working closely with the owner's in their vision but autonomously running the venue, this is a chance to step up.  Understanding of how to look after loyal clientele, run a profitable ship, whilst taking into consideration the DLA regulations are your key objectives. Staff hiring & training, rosters, meeting suppliers, functions & events, marketing & promo - its all in a days work. Those looking for a desk job need not apply, this is HANDS ON HOSPO!
The ideal person will have extensive front of house knowledge, with a minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a restaurant environment, with experience creating a safe, sociable and vibrant environment. You must hold a current LCQ, GM licence and pass a police vetting. 

This 7 day a week business is open for lunch & dinner and you will be expected to lead 3/4 evening shifts per week but no shifts past midnight.
