Senior Sous Chef

We have been BUZZed and looking for a talented Sous, competent on the grill and hot sections with the desire and hunger to serve the best cuisine is town. The Head Chef is looking for career chefs (not those just looking for a job) to join their brigade and cook up a storm. If your a master of the "hots" can run the pass and looking for stable employment....give us a BUZZ!

The position requires someone who can consistently deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience. You will need to be a driven, dynamic and a master of the grill. Your skills and ability will be tested - but this is a chance to shine in a fast paced kitchen environment.

Ideally you will have been at Sous level for at least 2 years working in a quality focussed environment or a current Head Chef looking to take a step back. The successful candidate must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and be able to command and lead a busy service, and lead the kitchen with the Head Chef is on RDO's. The business has a loyal clientele and can be sure this employment is safe all year round.
