We are looking for a culinary professional with the drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Working closely with the Executive Chef you will have the understanding and the foresight to deliver quality and professionalism as a team. The food is definitely doing the talking here and the focus on "farm to table" concept will keep the creative juices flowing.
Ideally you will have been at a Senior Sous level for at least 2 years working in a quality focussed environment or a Head Chef looking to work in a refined environment. You will have great verbal and written communication skills, be able to listen and grow into hospitality professional. A solid employment history including commitment to your previous employers is essential. Career progression is just around the corner as the business continues to expand.
