Ready for a BUZZing Change? An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Reservations Manager to join one of Christchurch's leading 4.5-star hotel properties.

With more than 150 rooms, a strong mix of corporate, leisure, group, and wholesale business, this is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and delivering exceptional guest experiences before guests even arrive. We're looking for a reservations professional who understands the moving parts of a large hotel operation and can confidently manage multiple booking channels while maximising occupancy and revenue opportunities.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading the day-to-day reservations operation
• Managing room inventory across multiple booking channels
• Working closely with Rooms Division Manager, Sales and Operations teams
• Processing and managing FIT, corporate, group, and wholesale reservations
• Monitoring OTA performance and distribution channels
• Ensuring reservation accuracy and rate integrity
• Responding to guest enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Supporting occupancy, revenue, and yield objectives
• Producing reports and analysing booking trends
• Maintaining exceptional guest service standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Reservations Manager within a hotel environment
• Experience managing multiple booking platforms and distribution channels
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS and reservations systems
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of occupancy and revenue drivers
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude
