Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and understands what it takes to deliver exceptional guest experiences across accommodation, food & beverage, conferencing and events.

This is not a “sit in the office and watch the numbers” kind of role. We’re looking for a visible leader — someone who can motivate a team, jump into service when needed, drive standards and create an outstanding culture from the ground up.

Whether you’re an experienced Hotel Manager who still loves being operationally involved, or an ambitious Executive Assistant Manager ready to take the next step into the top job, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Leading daily hotel operations across all departments
  • Driving a strong guest-focused culture
  • Overseeing busy F&B operations including restaurant, bar and functions
  • Managing conference and event delivery to a high standard
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing department leaders
  • Financial performance, labour control and operational efficiency
  • Creating a positive, energetic and accountable workplace culture
  • Being highly visible within the business and leading from the front
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous senior hotel leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations
  • Conference/events exposure is highly desirable
  • A natural people leader with excellent communication skills
  • Commercially aware with strong operational nous
  • Someone who remains calm under pressure and solutions-focused
  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up the sleeves when needed
  • Passion for genuine hospitality and team development
