As our Hospitality Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind all front-of-house and food & beverage operations — from the restaurant to the fish shed and everything in between. You’ll lead from the front, set the tone, and ensure every guest walks away happy.
What You’ll Be Owning
- Leading, mentoring and energising a high-performing FOH team
- Running seamless day-to-day operations across all service areas
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences — every time
- Managing rosters, stock, suppliers and costs like a pro
- Keeping standards high — service, presentation, and compliance
- Driving events, promotions and fresh ideas to keep things exciting
- Handling feedback with confidence and turning challenges into wins
- Collaborating with chefs and leadership on menus and offerings
- Proven experience in hospitality or F&B management
- A natural leader — you build culture, not just rosters
- Strong commercial mindset (costs, margins, stock control)
- Cool under pressure and solutions-focused
- Solid understanding of food safety and compliance
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and peak periods
- Duty Manager Cert? Bonus points, but not a deal breaker
- Drivers license and reliable vehicle
