- Working closely with the owner to develop a strategy for innovation, creativity and sustainability in the kitchens
- Always looking to elevate the food on offer

- Be commercially minded and can see the bigger picture, with the ability to plan with detail and creativity.
- Have astute financial performance awareness, and the ability to analyse data and make impactful decisions.
- A strong leader, always building on professional relationships at all levels
- Seek group buying opportunities
- A leader, who can work with the owners on their vision.
- Develop kitchen personnel, teach them costings, and mentor apprenticeships
- Seasonal menu changes
- Lead from the front and gives the brigade opportunities to be creative
- Make sure all FCL | H&S compliance is up to date
The ideal person will be someone that has sound knowledge of food cost, FCP, wage cost, staff training & quality control. We see this person having at least 10 + years industry experience, with a minimum 3 of those as an Head Chef.
