Due to an internal transfer, they are looking for someone creative, that has an array of flavours, techniques and wants to train the brigade to put out amazing food. This job has a great mixture of ala carte, function work and even high teas.

Budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training and management - it's pretty clear you need to be a professional. The ideal Chef will have a solid career in stand alone restaurants or hotels, either as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef. Your past experience will reflect your commitment to your career and references will back this up.
