We have been BUZZed and looking for a talented Head Chef to take over the reigns and lead the culinary team, in an intimate Christchurch venue. If you are not afraid of getting your hands dirty, can handle a intimate, sophisticated and well educated clientele and willing to get your creative juices flowing...give us a BUZZ!

We have been BUZZed and looking for a Head Chef to take over the reigns and lead an intimate Christchurch venue.  With a small team of 3 chefs, with a rock solid Sous Chef in place. you will take command of the kitchen operations and guide the team forward, guiding them on a culinary adventure. 

It's very much a hands on role, in all aspects of the kitchen ( including dishes), with functions, events and A la carte offering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years as a Head Chef, in a high profile establishment and have the credentials to take out kitchen forward. We are looking for not only a culinary genius, but a calm communicator, with sound knowledge of food cost, wage cost, product/supplier knowledge, staff training, FCP & quality control.
