Within this cutting-edge sports precinct, they are launching a vibrant café and sports bar, designed to be the ultimate gathering place for athletes, spectators, and the local community. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead this venture from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee everything from pre-opening setup to daily operations, team management, and business growth...BUZZing???

As Hospitality Manager, you will:

✔ Lead the setup and launch of Stage 1: Café and Stage 2: Bar & Kitchen

✔ Manage the daily operations, ensuring outstanding service and efficiency

✔ Recruit, train, and lead an exceptional hospitality team

✔ Oversee events, group functions, and specialty hospitality offerings

✔ Drive sales, marketing, events and community engagement

✔ Maintain compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and health regulations

✔ Manage stock, supplier relationships, and financial controls

What You’ll Need

✔ Senior management within the hospitality sector

✔ Expereince delivering a startup concept trough to opening

✔ Understand council requirements for Liquor license and process to obtain

✔ Understand and implement the Food Control Plan

✔ Event management skills

✔ Strong leadership and operational expertise

✔ Proficiency in POS systems and financial reporting

✔ Current LCQ & General Manager’s License

✔ Clean MOJ Check & Driver’s License
