Located in the heart of Lincoln, it is at the forefront of the "real ale' movement, offering mouth quenching craft beer, wood fired pizza & tapas, in a relaxed yet professional environment. The General Manager will report directly to the owners, and have full control and accountability of the 35 full & p/t staff. The Head Chef looks after the kitchen operations, so you can focus on the functions & the front of house framework - driving the business forward and up-skilling the staff along the way. It goes without saying, you need to have a huge interest in craft beer!

The ideal person will come from a relaxed, yet professional restaurant & bar environment, with extensive front of house knowledge and a minimum 5 years supervisory experience. You will need proven experience with Social Media, Rosters, Ordering, Recruitment, Training and Function. This is a "HANDS ON" position, where you will be working nights and weekends until your team is fully proficient. You must hold a current LCQ and General Manager licence.
