The General Manager will lead and inspire a team of local industry professionals to exceed guests expectations on a daily basis. Involved in all aspects of the business including but with a particular focus on Food & Beverage & Customer Experiences, this is a chance to shine, within a well established group.
The successful candidate will be skilled in managing and efficiently running a team, rostering and supervising staff, ordering supplies and cost analysis. You will be an innovative and forward thinker with excellent attention to detail and enjoy multi-tasking. A high level of customer service, a flexible work attitude and an enthusiastic approach to change is needed. A full team of HOD's are looking for a mentor, that will empower them and develop their skills.
This is a full EXPAT package, including accommodation, flights, medical, vehicle, meals and many more benefits. Although sponsorship is available, a key requirement is the ability travel to and from New Zealand is required; therefore you must already have full working rights to work in New Zealand.
September / October start date, with full handover.
