What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day front of house operations
- Running smooth, professional service across dining and events
- Recruiting, training and motivating the FOH team
- Managing rosters, stock control and service standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and leadership team
- Creating promotions, events and ideas that keep the venue buzzing
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / FOH Manager / Venue Manager
- A confident hands-on hospitality leader
- Strong guest engagement and team leadership skills
- Good knowledge of food, beverage and wine service
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy venue
- Hold current GM Cert & LCQ
- Tuesday – Saturday roster
- Occasional Sunday events
- Salary or hourly pay available depending on preference
- Staff meals provided on shift
