- Permanent leadership role in a respected Christchurch venue
- Tuesday - Saturday roster | Mixture AM / PM shifts
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day front of house operations
- Running smooth, professional service across dining and events
- Recruiting, training and motivating the FOH team
- Managing rosters, stock control and service standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and leadership team
- Collaborate with the Events team, creating promotions, events and ideas that keep the venue buzzing
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift
- Proven experience as a F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager / Venue Manager
- A confident hands-on hospitality leader
- Strong guest engagement and team leadership skills
- Good knowledge of food, beverage and wine service
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy venue
- Hold current GM Cert & LCQ
- Tuesday – Saturday roster with mixture of shifts
- Occasional Sunday events
- $80,000 salary
- Staff meals provided on shift
- Annual close down over Xmas / New Years
