We are looking for a high performing 2IC to ensure that all customer expectations are met by maintaining high service levels. Part of this position will encompass a dedicated training and development programme for the FOH staff. The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company employees is essential. You will work closely with the owners
To be successful in this role you will have previous leadership and supervisory experience within stand alone restaurant (sorry Hotels and QSR really don't fit this vacancy) as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Venue Manager looking to join a progressive group. Your professional approach, can do attitude and ability to lead, coach, develop and motivate staff to achieve will help you secure this excellent role.
The owners are looking for new blood within their business, as the continue to expand, with new sites on the horizon.
