An established Hospitality Group is looking for a Venue Manager to take control of this BUZZing Auckland Events Centre. You will be charged with bringing the business up to brand standards and working with the current senior management within the group to drive the business.
The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of costs, a solid financial back ground, who can create and present spreadsheets. Although this is a great opportunity for someone to advance there career into Event Management, a solid foundation in Hospitality Management and all that is involved is a must!!
There will be a lot of client interaction, so being well groomed and presented at all times is a must. You must be comfortable in your skills and knowledge and articulate whether interacting with clients and staff in person, or by phone and email. This position is predominately Monday - Friday, but when its game day, you will be expected to insure the clients are happy and everything is BUZZing.
