We've been BUZZed to find a new Venue Manager for the Goldi Group. A locals' favourite in Redwood for many years, Coasters Tavern is only minutes away from the city centre, yet perfectly located for all the amenities of north Christchurch, our beautiful pub boasts wonderful history and heritage, with a modern refurbishment and an eclectic twist. We are looking for a creative, motivated & experienced Venue Manager to join and lead the team in their stylish, food focused pub. As the successful Venue Manager, you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will embrace the autonomy given to run the business and offer unique ideas to drive your team to success.

You will recruit & develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.

This 7 day a week business is open for lunch & dinner and you will be expected to lead 3/4 evening shifts per week but no shifts past midnight.
