We are seeking a Head Chef with drive, passion and ambition still burning in the belly to take over a well established kitchen. With a full brigade of chefs in the kitchen, we need a natural leader, mentor and culinary professional. As Head Chef you will take command of the kitchen operations and guide the team during this transition period. We need someone competent with FCP, Stocktaking, Bulk Ordering and training.
Prior experience as a Head Chef is essential, as the General Manager is looking for seamless transition. There is an option for a temp to perm, should you wish to be considered for the permanent job.
The contract will run for aprox 2 months, starting early February with an option for permanent employment. Hourly rate of $35-$38 per hour plus free onsite parking.
