The position requires someone who can consistently deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience. You will need to be a driven, dynamic and a master of the grill but also willing to jump on any section. Your skills and ability will be tested - but this is a chance to shine in a fast paced kitchen environment.
Ideally you will have been at Sous level for at least 2 years working in a quality focussed environment. You will be a strong communicator who can drive your section and keep the punters feed. The successful candidate must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle 150+ covers on a daily basis.
