Ideally, you will be a qualified chef who has been working for at least 2 years in a quality focussed environment as a Sous Chef, or solid experience as Chef de Partie, in a similar venue. You will be a strong communicator who can drive and motivate the team, possess the ability to multi task, take ownership and responsibility in the kitchen, and work well with others. The successful candidate must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and possess a positive and friendly attitude.
