So why do we need you??? With a BUZZing Executive Chef on board, we are raising the bar and want to deliver the ultimate experience for our loyal customers. Staying one step ahead of the pack, we need a qualified Sous Chef & Chef de Partie to assist the kitchen brigade to deliver some seriously wicked culinary creations.
The ideal chefs will have previous experience in a busy kitchen where quality is never compromised, the ability to work in an intimate team and multi-task with speed and accuracy will come naturally. You will have a great passion for food and a desire to learn and develop your culinary skills. Ideally you have 2-3 years experience under your belt in a busy kitchen with fantastic references.
For Food and Beverage attendants this is the perfect opportunity to gain experience in a mixture of Hotel facilities, from the Restaurant & Bar through to Functions and Events!! Building a lasting relationship with the local customers & corporates while delivering exceptional service is the key. We are looking for staff that are mature by nature, while having exceptional up-selling skills & superior knowledge of food & wine.
These roles offer stable employment and full time hours on a healthy Salary and hourly rates, so chefs and FOH Staff who are prepared to put in the extra effort to be part of an extraordinary working environment will be preferred.
