Situated 10 minutes from Rockhampton, this small town has a big community feel. This Hotel is at the cornerstone of the community, being the gathering spot not only for the locals but for weekend visitors from all over. The area has plenty to offer and is situated only 1 hour from the beautiful Capricorn coast or Gladstone.
We seek 2 qualified chef willing to integrate into the community and assist the Head Chef and his team during service. With a very consistent trade you will definitely be kept busy. The food is good honest Ozzy tucker, with a big emphasis on classics gastro. You must be fully proficient in the kitchen, adhering to cleaning schedules, stock rotation and company guidelines.
We have vacancies for:
- Senior Sous Chef $70,000 salary plus super (Australian $$) free accomodation for 2 months, meals & flights
- Chef de Partie - $52,500 salary plus super (Australian $$) free accomodation for 2 months, meals & flights
Rental accomodation in the area is cheap and with the great packages on offer now is the time to really earn and save some money!!
