You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Producing a consistent 5 star product whilst mentoring and developing a professional kitchen brigade. Ideally you will be a Head Chef or have notched up 5+ years as a Sous of a quality dining establishment or have have been exposed to a 5 star hotel/resort with multiple outlets. We are looking for someone that has shown commitment to their career and previous employers.
