Ideally, you will be a qualified chef who has been working for at least 2 years in a quality focussed environment at Sous Chef level. You will be a strong communicator who can drive and motivate a team, with the ability to multi task and work well with others. The successful candidate must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and possess a positive and friendly attitude.
