Open 6 days a week, the menu is focused on Kerala cuisine....and they are totally passionate about serving authentic Kerala cuisine. We are looking for skilled, like-minded chef who is looking to join a small, yet friendly team. You will play an integral role in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef.
We are looking for a Sous Chef or a highly capable Chef de Partie, with at least 3 years experience cooking Kerala cuisine; creating, preparing and cooking authentic dishes for their loyal clientele. You will need to be qualified, with a relevant qualification in professional cookery or the required experience
