Ideally you will have been at Sous Chef level for at least 2 years working in a fast paced environment. You will be a strong communicator who can drive your section and keep the punters fed. The business has a loyal clientele, and a popular venue for functions and events, adding variety to your work.
The food isn't rocket science and you will be required to work on all sections...it's all about teamwork! We are prepared to pay top dollar for the right candidate, 40 hours per week and a cracking good time in the kitchen. Those afraid of hard work need not apply. You will need to be flexible to work over a 7 day roster, to meet the needs of the business.
