You won't find any packet-mix nonsense in this kitchen, it's all about fistfuls of freshness! With the last few touches of the fitout underway, we are looking for a chef to continue their core values with the food - Fresh and local ingredients, along with flavours that speak for themselves.
If you have proven experience and a desire to work in an environment that oozes hospitality professionalism mixed with the charm of a family run business, then this could be the job for you. Ideally, you will be a qualified chef who has been working for at least 2 years in a quality focussed environment at Sous Chef level.
You will be a strong communicator who can drive and motivate a team, with the ability to multi task and work well with others. The successful candidate must thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and possess a positive and friendly attitude.
