Senior Chef Events
As a key member of the management team, you will be working with the company Executive Chef and Venue Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen on site, controlling budgets, menu costing, inventory management, staff, supplier arrangements, health and safety - it's pretty clear you need to be a professional.
The position will be 45 hours over 7 days (mainly Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm)
but may include evenings and weekends to suit the needs of the business (obviously this will depend on when events are on). There is onsite parking and a KPI structured bonus system and company phone.
The ideal candidate will be a prep weapon in the kitchen, have the ability to handle bulk cooking and come from a catering /conference or bulk cooking environment.
