Job Description

We've been BUZZed to find a Sous Chef, with the skills and ability to cook authentic SE Asian cuisine, in particular Vietnamese cuisine. If you currently working in the industry and looking to work within an expanding hospitality group, give us a BUZZ!

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and cooking cuisine in line with our high standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, tidy and well stocked kitchen environment
  • Working a variety of sections
  • Working with the Group Executive Chef to develop new food concepts
What you need to be:
  • A Sous Chef with a minimum five years work experience in a Vietnamese restaurant 
  • A proven track record gained from working in high quality restaurants
  • Be able to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Have exceptional communication skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and immaculate personal presentation
  • Ability to speak Thai and Vietnamese
  • Have legal rights to work in NZ 
  • Be available to work over a five-day roster.
