Job Description

We have been BUZZed and looking for 3 talented chefs, who want to join the team as we create the new BUZZ in Wellington!.

Wok/Grill Chef
You will be a master on the Wok and be confident on the Grill section. This position requires someone who can consistently deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience.  You will need to be a driven, dynamic and a master of Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese Cuisine - running a seamless service. 

Chef de Partie

Your role will be key to making the food fly out of the kitchen. Key aspects will be prep, larder, fryer and assisting the Head/Sous Chefs with the day to day running of the kitchen. Experience in running a busy section is a must - we can train you the flavour profiles, you just need ambitions and the will to learn. 

1 Pastry / Dim Sum Chef
Varied position assisting with Dim Sum, Desserts and the fryer/larder section. Great position if you have a couple of years under your belt and looking to learn new techniques in the kitchen.
