Job Description
We are on the lookout for an Assistant Manager who knows how to operate as a true restaurateur, whilst equally comfortable in a bar environment and always ready to get the party started – an all-rounder who can run a multi-faceted business whilst still embracing the essence of hospitality - building a genuine feel within the venue of community, warmth and overall fun.
Aside from the standard day to day of running a landmark venue (service standards, F&B, events, TAB, financial and compliance) you will have ownership to really drive the venue in some very exciting ways.
12 Months relevant experience (at supervisory level or above, in a licensed full service restaurant environment).
Ability to obtain LCQ and GM certificate.
