Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Supervisor will oversees the customer experience, ensuring the service standards are kept at the highest level and are always exceeding the guests expectations. You will train, empower and motivate the team with targets and incentives and bring fresh ideas to the table. Experience with wine, cocktails and sound knowledge of premium spirits would be a distinct advantage.
The business is licensed until 3am, this full-time position will see you working 5 days per week, across varied shifts, including evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.
The ideal person will have minimum 1 years relevant industry experience, with at least 6 months experience in a quality full service, licensed restaurant environment. You will already be confident and competent in a busy walk-in and pre booked restaurant environment, where you can work lead the staff to deliver exceptional table service.
You must be willing and able to obtain your LCQ and GM licence.
