Reporting to the stakeholders and the group Executive Chef, the ideal person will be someone that has sound knowledge of food cost, wage cost, product/supplier knowledge, staff training & quality control. The current menu is cranking but we want some innovation, seasonal changes and cutting edge cuisine, at a affordable price point. We don't just want a Head Chef, we want someone to "manage" the kitchen.
The owners of the business are very hands on and you will have all their support to achieve company goals. The ideal person will have at least 3 years experience as Head Chef, our a really proficient Sous ready to take the next step.
Remuneration will be paid by the hour, with monthly KPI bonus, weekly hospo tab, relocation assistance and if you need accommodation, we can even help out (partner welcome as well), short or long term.
