Job Description

Do you pride yourself on excellent hospitality industry knowledge, attention to detail and customer service? Are you a hands on manager that can drive the restaurant service to deliver excellence? With customers flocking through the doors, we now need a Restaurant Service Manager to lead, guide and run the team during food service hours. 

Reporting to the General Manager,  you will be responsible for managing the front of house framework to deliver a clear point of difference in Queenstown. Part of this position will encompass a dedicated training & development programme. The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company employees is essential. Those currently working as Restaurant Manager in a food-focused (not QSR) sharing plate dining established should apply. 

On a busy day, service can see 150 pax through the doors, so being able to delegate, lead and inspire the team is essential. To be successful in this role you will have previous leadership & supervisory experience within the hospitality industry. Your professional approach, can do attitude and ability to lead, coach, develop and motivate staff to achieve will help you secure this excellent role. 

To be successful, you will need 5+ year experience in quality a la carte restaurants, current LCQ & GM certificate, without "hopping" between jobs.
