Open for lunch and dinner, this is a hands-on, full-scope leadership role where you’ll own everything from service standards and staff development to inventory and financial performance. You'll work closely with the owners and be empowered to make real change and drive results....BUZZing????
What You’ll Do:
- Lead service from the floor and ensure consistently high guest experiences
- Manage FOH & BOH teams, rosters, and section responsibilities
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, par ordering and supplier communication
- Drive team performance, conduct regular training, and lead structured reviews
- Maintain COGS and wage costs in line with targets
- Troubleshoot issues on shift and uphold all safety and compliance standards
- Report weekly to Directors and contribute to strategic direction
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior DM/2IC
- Confident leadership and strong floor presence
- A calm, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with both FOH and BOH teams
- A solid understanding of cost control, stock management and systems
- Current LCQ and DM Certificate (non negotiable)
- Ability to manager and communicate with a multi cultural team
- Hourly Rate: up to $35 depending on experience
- Bonus: Up to $5000 annually based on performance and target achievement
