Mad about food and service? You will oversee the evening restaurant, including training & induction. With a focus on ensuring profitability and efficiency without compromising service quality standards, this role will present a challenge for a dynamic hospitality professional. With up to 10 staff on duty at any time, people management is a big part of the job. You will know how to not only run a successful restaurant efficiently but also manage function bookings and corporate events.
The key aspect we are looking for is industry maturity and the ability to "see the big picture", in terms of being able to work out whether "walk-ins" are able to be accommodated alongside bookings and how to stagger table orders so that the kitchen is able to run as smoothly as possible. The restaurant has been very busy since opening, so the role of the Restaurant Supervisor is fundamental to ensuring that the customers have the best possible experience and locals feel at home.
Hybrid Duty Manager

We are looking for someone to become the heart and soul of this high-end boutique venue. This is not your run-of-the-mill gig! This is for the bar connoisseur who is well-versed on premium products, can run a bar like a well-oiled machine, maximising profits while building a professional rapport with corporate clients, foreign tourists and regulars alike. A current LCQ & GM license are essential and competitive hourly rate on offer.
