Reporting to the hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front of house framework to deliver a clear point of difference in Te Anau. The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company employees is essential. Although the main focus is on the Ala Carte service, they also cater for large groups, conference and weddings.
You must thrive on outstanding customer service and know how to go the extra mile, be able to delegate, lead and inspire the team, resulting in true kiwi hospitality, even under pressure. To be successful in this role you will have previous leadership & supervisory experience within the hospitality industry. Your professional approach, can do attitude and ability to lead, coach, develop and motivate staff to achieve will help you secure this excellent role.
To be successful, you will need 5+ year experience in quality a la carte restaurants, without "hopping" between jobs, be available for night shifts, in return you will receive an attractive salary package and a chance to progress your career.
