This will be a challenging but rewarding opportunity for a food & beverage professional. With full control and accountability for exceeding both in-house and discerning guests expectations on a daily basis, you will thrive on customer service. From your past experience you will know how a quality, intimate, vibrant & profitable front of house department operates in a formal dining environment.
A sound employment history with 5+ years proven experience in the hospitality industry, within Ala Carte dining restaurants. Knowledge of Australian & New Zealand wine is essential, a absolute obsession to deliver the best service known to man. You will also get to collaborate with the kitchen, incoming creating bespoke dining experiences, private functions and corporate events.
