Based in the North Island, this Hotel restaurant has million dollar views and BUZZing reputation. Taking charge, and leading by example, you will continue the great work that has been the foundation of it's success! A proven and solid work history in a similar environment is essential to be considered for this role.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager will oversee the day to day operations, with a focus on ensuring profitability and efficiency without compromising service quality standards. Staff training & people management is a big part of the job.
We are looking for an "old school" hospitality professional, someone that's done their times as a Glassy, Bar, Mixologist, DM, Asst Restaurant Manager or current Restaurant Manager looking for the next step. You will need a current General Managers Certificate & LCQ. Those from a QSR background...thanks for reading but you not what we are looking for.
NZD $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience.
You will have previous Hotel experience and must have a real focus on service and delivery!!
