You will already be an accomplished Restaurant Manager or at a minimum have at least 3 years as either a supervisor or duty manager. You need to be well versed in high levels of service and possess the ability to train your team to ensure consistency, but most of all demonstrate your ability at maximising customer spend.
This hands on position reports directly to the owner. As this is a dedicated hospitality role, flexibility with hours is required, together with a high degree of self management and enthusiasm. A salary of up to $55,000 is on offer depending experience.
