So why do we need you??? After 3 awesome years, the incumbent is relocating south, so we are looking for a new leader for the FOH team. Staying one step ahead of the pack, we need someone to drive the hospitality environment where everybody walks away going " can't wait to come back again"
What will you be doing day to day? With support of the owners and GM, you will be empowered to make this already successful venue even better. Responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant including service, training, cost control, recruitment, staff development, promotions....this job has it all. You will need the ability to work well under pressure, resourceful enough to lead the team during a busy and demanding service, whilst creating a BUZZing environment for staff, customers and yourself.
$65,000 - $70,000 + KPI + Clothing Allowance + Mobile Allowance, Weekly Tab and chance to grow within this multi site company. $80K package
Not often does an opportunity to work in the hospitality sector, that pays a very decent salary, whilst not having to work every weekend and until the early hours of the morning! LCQ, GM Cert and a reliable car to get to/from work - with no shift past Midnight! If you still get the BUZZ from running a 250+ cover restaurant service (not QSR or Cafe), best you give me a BUZZ!
