We've been BUZZed to find a super talented Restaurant & Bar Manager, to support the General Manager to become the face of the F&B department, the heart and soul of the staff and create a culture where hospitality is seen as much more than a job - a profession to be proud of. You will be responsible for managing the front of house framework to deliver a clear point of difference within the Christchurch hotel scene. With a broad mixture of Conference, Tours and A la Carte dining, there is plenty to keep you and your team busy. 

The past 12 months have seen the business go from strength to strength, with patronage at an all time high, kitchen pumping out the best food it has in years and the company moving with the changes! There are some BUZZing future projects for the F&B department, which will see the offering and foot print expand. 

The ideal person will have extensive front of house knowledge, with a minimum 5 years senior supervisory experience in a quality restaurant & bar environment. A natural leader, you will be prepared to lead from the front (not the office) and mentor your team to deliver true kiwi hospitality!
