Situated in the heart of the city, the Distinction Christchurch Hotel will cater for Groups, FIT and conference business. With a healthy booking sheet already on the cards, we now seek a General Manager to take the hotel from the project management phase to a full and functional hotel.
Reporting directing to the CEO, you will be instrumental in setting the culture of the property, setting the 4.5 stars standards and formalising the Distinction Hotels philosophy and culture. It’s essential you have worked in a 150+ room hotel, 4* plus and be a proactive hands on leader. Knowledge of the local market would be advantageous and kiwis looking to return home are encouraged to apply.
Once onboard, the General Manager will work with internal and external employees to build a professional team, ready to launch the property by the end of the year. On offer is a highly attractive salary package, to attract the best possible General Manager for the property.
