We've been BUZZed to find a world class senior Pastry Chef for a rapidly expanding hospitality business, based in Christchurch. This is an extremely rare and exciting time to join a growing nationwide hotel company If you're looking to "sweeten" up your career...why not give us a BUZZ!

The successful candidate will be a master of patisserie with a minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable high-end hospitality operation. With a focus on growth and ongoing development you'll have the autonomy and ability to create market leading dessert. patisserie and artisan breads items focused on perfection. Your technical skills will be second to none ensuring products remain consistent and the quality flawless. 
Whilst delivering a world-class product you'll also work tirelessly across the operation ensuring overall financial profitability and growth whilst developing, nurturing, and motivating the junior team. To be considered for this position, you will need to be a self starter, have a proven stable work history in a similar role, be motivated and creative . The ability to lead, drive and motivate your team to provide authentic and enriching experiences to the diners is a prerequisite. 

You will need to experience in high volume la carte restaurant or multi outlet hotel, where you make everything from scratch. If you have 5+ years experience, can demonstrate patisserie perfection that captivates the palate, we want to hear from you!
