Job Description

We seek an Operations Manager to become the face of the business, the heart and soul of the staff and create a culture where hospitality is seen as much more than a job - a profession to be proud of. Catering for the 25+ market, this multi-faceted position will keep you on your toes. With a large team of staff at your disposal, meeting the locals, training the staff and making the business the place to be. You will work closely with the Owner & Group GM to achieve company goals and work closely with the Group Executive Chef, Security, Finance, IT, Bands and external suppliers. It's a BIG JOB!

The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company employees is essential. The ideal person will have extensive front of house knowledge, running a high volume Bar with a minimum 3 years supervisory experience. Those with exposure running live entertainment venues should apply.
