You will need to be available 7 days a week with the shift running from 11:00pm until 07:30am the following day. The position will include:
- Meeting and greeting of guests – Be able to confidently assist and verbally inform guests of the location of city attractions, facilities of the hotel and services that we offer.
- Parking of guest vehicles
- Delivering and collecting guest luggage
- Cleaning duties, Security Checks of the property
You are the face of the hotel, the first and last point of contact for our guests. You need to work independently at times and must be self-motivated, trustworthy and reliable, reporting to the Guest Services Manager.
