Job Description

Exciting new role great for the CV and saving some dollars. We are looking for a culinary professional with the drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Working closely with the Executive Chef you will have the understanding and the foresight to deliver quality and professionalism as a team.

The position requires someone who can consistently deliver a unique and exceptional customer experience. Spend your time across 3 different outlets, producing a consistent 5* quality product to the mainly foreign guests.

Ideally you will have notched up a few years in a quality dining establishment or have have been a Chef de Partie of a lodge/resort. We are looking for someone that has shown commitment to their career and previous employers and chefs who can understand the challenges of dealing with suppliers & staff in remote locations.

Due to the location, you will live onsite in provided accommodation. Couples are welcome also if your partner works front of house or in the kitchen. Please detail this when applying.
