We've been BUZZed to find a live in management couple to take control of this BUZZing hospitality operation. This hotel is running like clockwork but needs the special touch of 2 people to assume control. If you are looking for a "hands on" lifestyle position, give us a BUZZ!

The Management Couple will lead and inspire a team of industry professionals to exceed guests expectations on a daily basis. Involved in all aspects of the business including Food & Beverage, Rooms and HR this is a opportunity for a hands on Managers to excel. A high level of customer service, a flexible work attitude and an enthusiastic approach to change is needed. Excellent written and oral communication skills, effective time management, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.

The successful candidates will be skilled in managing and efficiently running a team, rostering and supervising staff, ordering supplies and cost analysis. You will be an innovative and forward thinkers with excellent attention to detail and enjoy multi-tasking. The hotel can get busy so we need one of the couple to have a strong F&B background and build a solid rapport to tourist and locals.
