We're been BUZZed and looking for a Head Chef for this developing business in the heart of Western Springs. Experienced hospitality entrepreneur's, offering a clear point of difference. The ideal candidate will be available Wednesday - Sunday and can handle the day to day operations of a Cafe and on site Conference / Function facilities.......are you BUZZing???
It goes without saying, this is an exciting opportunity. With a spectacular site, it's now time to get culinary creations underway. Targeting quality cafe and conference cuisine, amazing service and creating a new era in hospitality.
The ideal Chef will have a solid career in stand alone restaurants or previous cafe experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Sous Chef. Conference and Functions experience as well as baking and pastry experience a bonus. Your work history will reflect your commitment to your career and references will back this up. This is a great opportunity for a Chef to step up and take on a Head Chef role while having amazing support from the Group Executive Chef
