It goes without saying, this is a massive job. The Executive Chef will lead, inspire, train, motivate and encourage his brigade deliver consistency on a daily basis. Targeting high-quality cuisine, striving for "Chef Hat's" you need to have the vision to take the food to the next level.
Budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training and management - it's pretty clear you need to be a professional. The ideal Chef will have a solid career in high profile restaurants, with a minimum of 3 years employment as Executive/Head Chef. Your past experience will reflect your commitment to your career and references will back this up. Those with international exposure are encouraged to apply.
