Budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training and management - it's pretty clear you need to be a professional. The ideal Chef will have a solid career in stand alone, high profile restaurants, with experience with Asian cuisine.
You may be a Sous Chef looking for the next step or experienced Head Chef - what you need is the skill set to run the kitchen. Returning kiwis from outside of New Zealand, with international exposure to Asian Fusion are encouraged to apply.
Currently operating Wednesday to Sunday during winter, the kitchen will open 6 days per week in Summer, with Sunday / Mondays off. An attractive salary up to $75,000 is on offer.
Unfortunately sponsorship is not available in the first instance. Applicants must be in New Zealand and ready to start employment within 4 weeks.
