We are looking for someone creative who can take control of the menu, and train the brigade to put out amazing food. With budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training and management as part of the role, it's pretty clear you need to be a dynamic kitchen professional.
The ideal Chef will have a solid career in a la carte restaurants either as a head chef or a sous chef ready to take the next step. Those with exposure to bold flavours and fusion cooking are encouraged to apply.
On offer is a salary up to $75,000 dependant on experience. If you are an organised, resourceful and committed Head Chef that just gets the job done, without all the drama....then give us a BUZZ! Relocation to Bay of Plenty will be required.
