We are looking for someone creative, that has an array of flavours, techniques and wants to train the brigade to put out amazing food. This job has a great mixture of ala carte, function work and even high teas.
Budgeting, menu costing, inventory management, staff recruitment, supplier arrangements, training and management - it's pretty clear you need to be a professional. The ideal Chef will have a solid career in stand alone restaurants or hotels, either as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef. Your past experience will reflect your commitment to your career and references will back this up.
